Free from the hungry quest for safety
Free from the wild pursuit of selfish gain
Free from the unquenchable thirst for the love of others
Liberated form the habitual harvest of human attention.
Done with bleeding happiness to gather the crumbs of positive regard.
Done with hounding down the trail of more and more and more,
Quit the endless flight from the wolves of insufficiency.
Freedom from Mind,
the only Real peace!
Through endless ages
Chasing, escaping, protecting, building,
Exhaustion now, compels Abandonment
Of the happy and sad,
And suddenly dawns a great rest
In the astonishing Joy
Of Freedom from Mind.
